To be able to offer regional Gastronomy we adhereand respect the theory of buying local and fresh produce whenever possible. According to our menu composition and with the techniques that are mastered by our chefs

  • Fresh fish and seafood is bought daily from our fishmonger or where possible after dealing directly with the fisherman;
  • Our bread is from the local «Artisanal» bakery;
  • Our cheeses are local and the best we can find in the province same quest for game and other meats Our award winning wine list (Carte D’or for 2007,2008 & 2009) has a international flair although canadian and quebec products are emerging more and more;
  • Our fruit and vegetables are local and we also buy from Percé and Mont-Joli;
  • All desserts and ices are made on site in our main kitchen

Breakfast is available for groups of ten or more and is of course included for our overnight guests Brunch is served every Sunday till 1pm

Our victorian style ding room offers a capacity from 42 to 50 places and we also have at your disposal a rustic (wood log Cabin style) room

Available for 10 to 36 people for private meetings, businees lunches, and conferences, even receptions, all our dining servivces are available (Coffee breaks, wine and cheese, lunch breakfasts 5 to 7s etc)
